About six months ago, the marketing team at ThinkSmart conducted a bunch of interviews with ThinkSmart customers, employees and stakeholders to hear their opinions and attitudes about the company, to find out what they most liked (or didn’t!) about ThinkSmart.
We learned a lot of really good stuff…like how everyone actually likes us and thinks our mission to bring joy back to the workplace by getting rid of the “pain of the mundane” is spot on. But they had fewer positive things to say about our brand voice, our look-and-feel and, maybe most of all, our website.
We took everyone’s input to heart, and we’ve finally arrived at a place where we’re welcoming in more color and an updated style and voice, all displayed in our brand new website, designed help people get the information they need in as few clicks as possible.
Clearer and cleaner
The new site has more than just a clean, direct look-and-feel, though we’re proud of that because it really speaks to that ThinkSmart mission. We also made changes to navigation, added resources and customer sections, and plugged in loads of other new content like walkthroughs for many different use cases. Plus, we focused on improving the structure of our content, so you’ll get more from a quick read. There’s a whole host of smaller but impactful changes, all to make your experience of the ThinkSmart site that much better.
So, finally, the website is catching up with the clear and easy user experience people get from our products..!
