On the Fence?

Still can't decide if the Innovation University learning experience is for you? Here's a recap of the benefits of joining this unique program.

Join a world-class group of IU Fellows -- imagine spending a year learning with some of the most committed innovation leaders on the planet! People from different industries, different functions and even different countries. See what a few IU Fellows have said about their experience.

See innovation in action -- books and magazines are great but visiting and seeing incredible organizations in person is a completely different experience. Each IU meeting includes at least two Site Visits to organizations chosen for their unique approach to innovation. You will have a chance to tour the organization, talk to management, and be a part of giving that organization feedback on what you've seen.

Enhance your career -- part of the IU Fellowship process is the completion of a project. This can be a real-work project that will significantly enhance your career or a research project that will increase the body of knowledge of organizational innovation.

Expert mentoring -- as you embark on your IU career, you will have an opportunity to work with and be mentored by some of the leaders in this field. They will help you design and complete your project, find resources, and know how to sell your project idea within your organization.

Gather a world-wide community of friends -- IU Fellows will automatically become members of the Innovation Leaders' Community and have the benefits of a wide network of peers.

Get a piece of paper -- for some people and some organizations, a certificate can be an important thing. IU Fellows who complete the program as well a series of web workshops, can apply for an Innovation Leadership Certificate.
