Sample Keynotes & Workshops
Our work tends to focus on three primary areas:
- Developing the culture and processes necessary to initiate and sustain innovation.
- Developing the personal skills necessary to lead creativity and innovation.
- Applying innovation to service in order to create dramatic improvements in value for customers.
Innovation: the Big Picture
There are dozens, if not hundreds, of books on organizational innovation and creativity
… each focused on different aspects of the process, whether it's creating a culture
that supports innovation, stimulating new thinking or building a systematic approach
to managing the pipeline. But, who has time to read dozens (or hundreds) of books?
Based on our study and research of organizations around the world, we have synthesized
the "best of the best" into simple tools and processes which can be used by any organization.
One example of this work developed from our work with InnovationUniversity,
where we developed the
InnovationDNA™
as a framework of principles for building innovation.
While all ThinkSmart presentations and workshops are tailored to your
specific needs, here are a few examples of workshops to help you think about what might be useful
