A high end specialist wine company needed access to campaign data during the catalog season in order to make effective marketing decisions. Reporting delays were having a substantial impact on delivery of campaigns to relevant target audiences in a timely manner.

Solution
thinkSmart created a hosted data warehouse consolidating customer and prospect data to a single view. Client was given access to an online reporting portal containing real time updated analytics and reporting cubes. Cubes were built to reflect cross channel data giving the client multi-channel visibility to results across online and direct mail data.

Our client has a better understanding of what is happening with their campaigns in real time. This has enabled them to get a sense of campaign performance as campaigns are initiated, enabling them to make adjustments to their approach of targeting customers and prospects.
