David is the founder of the Neenan Company, a development, architectural and construction firm, headquartered in Ft. Collins, Colorado, with an annual sales volume of $180 million. The company designs and constructs office, medical, industrial and high technology buildings.

David is known for his unique approach to creating a true learning organization and for building strong client partnerships in an industry that is known for its adversarial relationships. He also regularly leads a dynamic training program called "Business & You: The Working Game."
